Location: Surrey, with some travel to shows around Europe

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of exhibition stand projects, from initial concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their vision is brought to life.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Timeline and Budget Management: Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all aspects of project work.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the exhibitions and stand-building industry.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and solve problems efficiently.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
